If you've followed me for a while, you'll know that I very rarely photograph men. I almost always photograph ladies. In my professional career as a photographer I've only photographed two men and one of them was my dad... so I'm not sure that counts.
This past weekend I had the privilege of photographing a friend of mine who happened to be a guy. Since it's kind of a whole new world for me, I was really quite nervous about it. I wasn't sure of male stances and masculine forms, I wasn't 100% in my comfort zone - truthfully I'll say I made it about 50%.
The day of the shoot came, I arrived at our location promptly and began shooting. It was just like shooting any other person I had photographed before. Here are a few of the images from our shoot. I hope you like them.
